She wanted to celebrate her wedding anniversary by refreshing her wedding set to include a diamond pendant that her husband gave to her on their wedding day that wasn’t being worn. The centre pear shaped diamond representing her and her husband and the diamonds on the side to represent their two children. She chose a higher setting to show off as much of the diamonds as possible.
