General Shipping Information:
Free shipping on all orders of $200.00 or more before taxes within the province of Ontario.
$20.00 Shipping Charge within the province of Ontario for all orders under $200.00 before taxes.
$40.00 Shipping Charge for all other orders being shipped outside of Ontario.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
Your order will require an adult (over the age of 18) to sign for the receipt of the package.
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming we have received it. The confirmation email will include a receipt of your purchase.
We cannot ship to a PO Box.
Dana's Goldsmithing Inc. reserves the right to cancel any orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent and report the activity to the proper authorities.
If you choose in-store pickup, we will send you a text or call you when your order is ready.
All in stock orders placed before Noon Tuesday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be filled and leave our store within two business days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or statutory holidays.
In the event that your order cannot be shipped within the specified time frame, you will be contacted within 1-2 business days informing you of the reason for the delay and expected shipping date. At that time if you wish to cancel your order you must reply within 48 hours, otherwise your order will be processed by the date we have specified. If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund your purchase in the same method of payment you originally purchased the item with.
For orders that contain both stock items and special-order items, the entire order will be shipped together upon receipt of the special-order item(s).
Exceptions and Reasons that may cause a shipping delay:
- Order is pending approval of verification from your credit card company
- We are currently out of stock on one or more of your ordered items
- You have ordered an item that is special order
- Inclement weather conditions may postpone or delay delivery. Dana's Goldsmithing Inc. will not be liable or refund the purchase or any shipping charge due to inclement weather delays.
- If the delivery is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond Dana's Goldsmithing Inc. or courier service control such as courier re-routing delivery based on mechanical difficulties, we will not be held liable or refund the purchase or the shipping charges.
