While we're happy to polish most solid jewellery, certain items are excluded due to their construction, condition or materials.  Items typically excluded would include but not limited to:  chain link necklaces and bracelets, hollow or fragile items, blackened, matte, brushed or intentionally textured finishes, plated jewellery, engraved, milgrain or highly detailed designs. 

While polishing restores brilliance, it may expose existing wear in settings and cause stones to loosen.  If setting is required, we will contact you with recommendations before proceeding.
