PRIZE:

 There will be one winner of the Citizen Men’s Eco Drive Chronograph Watch style # AT4008-51E valued at $625.00 CAD and one winner of a  Men’s Reebok XL Toronto Maple Leaf Jersey (Autographed by Dion Phaneuf) First Name drawn will have their choice of prize, Second name drawn will receive the alternate prize. 
GENERAL RULES:
1. No purchase necessary.
2. No cash value.
3. Odds of winning this contest depend on the number of entries received.
4. Must be 18 years or older to enter.
5. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release Dana’s Goldsmithing and its affiliated companies, and their officers, directors, employees, suppliers, sponsors, administrators, representatives and agents, including but not limited to Dana’s Goldsmithing’s advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever arising from their participation in the Contest or use of any Prize awarded as a result of this Contest.
6. All entries must be received by Dana’s Goldsmithing during the “Contest Period” beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. EST on November 2nd  2015 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on December 2nd, 2015 (“Contest Closing Date”). For online entries, proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
7. Entries that are incomplete, late, lost, and/or irregular in any way or sent by an unauthorized method are automatically void and will not be eligible or accepted. Entries will only be accepted as described herein and will not be accepted by any other means.

8. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their personal information and their photo for the purposes described as follows.  By completing the entry form, all entrants consent to the collection, and use of their personal information by Dana’s Goldsmithing for the purposes of administering the Contest and for the purpose of contacting the entrant via email & email newsletter. Dana’s Goldsmithing may (i) contact selected entrants for the purpose of notifying him/her, (ii) contact entrants directly regarding products and services and events provided by Dana’s Goldsmithing.
9. The prize must be picked up in store, and entrants must be available for pictures and or videos during prize presentation, for the purposes of advertising and promotion
